I would love to hand change orders off to my helpers, but right now it’s still so complicated—our workaround is doing a new quote, calling it a change order referencing the active job, and then adding a new line item to the job once approved, and archiving the quote rather than turning it into a new job. Way too many steps for the average site lead, so it reverts to the office (me). A change order work flow that handled all that within an active job would be amazing.
