If I could hand off one job to someone else and know that it would be taken care of, I would step out of the service truck.

I am a one-man operation and I have too many calls, so I guess I would need 2 plumbers to take my place. That would allow me time during the day to do the things I'm currently working on at night ie. quotes, rescheduling, A/R, A/P, and so on and so forth.
