Quoting. Every estimate I build requires me to physically visit the site, measure, assess the substrate, price the labor, factor in materials, and put together a detailed written scope before a single dollar figure goes out. I do all of it myself right now. It is the most time-consuming part of running the company and the one that bottlenecks everything else. Every hour I spend building a quote is an hour I am not on a job site, not building relationships with builders, and not growing the commercial side of the business. If I could hand that process off to someone who could execute it to my standard, the growth potential on the other end of that is significant.
