Quoting and follow-ups are probably the biggest time drains for us right now. We run a custom shower glass business, so every job is a little different. We’re constantly putting together estimates based on measurements, glass type, hardware, and installation requirements, then following up with leads who haven’t responded or customers who haven’t approved their quote yet.
Scheduling and dispatching installers also takes time, especially coordinating field measurements, glass ordering, and final installation dates. Anything that could automate quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, customer communication, and help keep jobs moving through each stage of the process would be extremely valuable for us.
