Finding the work is the most stressful part and making sure the biding on the work is competitive and not under bid is key. One wrong bid could mean everything. And closing each biding making it an actual project to be put on the schedule. These things i put soo much time into everything else cant go smoothly without having the work and making sure im biding it right for the customers and for us as a business.
