Oh my so many request to free up administrative time!
Lets see, maybe at the top of my list would be the ability to easily present/offer jobs to craftsmen so they could review and select the ones they want to do would be a huge help!  Right now, gathering all of the photos, scope, payouts, schedules and customer timing is time consumer and manual.  We present it to the craftsperson to see if it's a job they want to have assigned to them.
