There is a major gap for change orders in the Jobber program. This greatly affects the close ratio for our team as well, when approvals are given for new change order quotes months later, it looks like we've made more sales than we really have.
Also, if we provide more than 1 quote, for completely different preferences on how to complete a large job, the conversion ratio is way off.
Therefore the reports are majorly flawed....
Also, if we could send a text or email to confirm a Request straight from the calendar when booking, it would be super helpful. There are too many clicks now that we've moved to the new calendar just to send a confirmation for a booking.
Those are the first few items that come to mind that we would love to see updated (Or changed back in regards to the calendar confirmations.) :)
