Jobber, send me quality employees! 😂😂😂

Definitely the hard labor. I’m a sales and marketing person at heart, so if I could find great employees I trust to uphold the same level of quality and customer service I expect, I’d happily hand off more of the day-to-day field work.

That would free me up to focus on what I do best—selling, building relationships, growing our network, and spending more time working ON the business instead of always working IN it.
