If I could hand off one task today, it would be managing follow-ups—following up with builders, retailers, customers, and suppliers on quotes, approvals, scheduling, and outstanding payments. It’s an important part of growing the business, but it takes a lot of time away from focusing on sales, relationships, and operations.
