If I could hand off one task today, it would be everything that happens after I leave the jobsite—turning my notes and photos into a professional quote, following up with the customer, collecting the deposit, and getting the approved job scheduled.
As a small business owner, I can inspect the house, diagnose the problem, and manage the work—but the administrative follow-through can easily become another full-time job.
