If I could hand off one task today, it would be marketing and social media. I currently spend 10+ hours a week planning content, creating posts, and trying to stay consistent. I know marketing is essential to our growth, but it takes a lot of time and it isn’t my area of expertise. Handing it off to someone who specializes in it would allow me to focus more on developing new service routes, improving our operations, and creating opportunities to serve more clients and grow our team.
