If I could hand off one task today, it would be administrative work, especially scheduling, customer follow-ups, estimates, and keeping client information updated. As the owner, I still handle many of these tasks while also managing my team and serving customers. Delegating this work would give me more time to focus on growing the business, training employees, building relationships with clients, and bringing in new residential and commercial accounts. Integrating Jobber is already helping me create the systems needed to make that possible.
