Employee onboarding, hands down!
I’d love to see a structured, cloud-based onboarding system where a new employee can complete all required forms, acknowledgments, policies, training checklists, etc., and everything is automatically stored in a dedicated HR/employee area within Jobber.
I’d take that one step further and use the same system for employee performance reviews; whether those are annual, 90-day, or milestone/performance-based reviews. Managers complete the review, the employee acknowledges it, and it becomes part of their ongoing employee record.
For a growing home service company, getting someone hired is only the beginning. Creating a consistent onboarding and employee-development process; without chasing paperwork, PDFs, signatures, and files across multiple systems; would be a HUGE operational win.
