Job Scheduling & Customer Coordination
Scheduling is the first task to hand off because it’s reactive and constantly shifting—customers reschedule, materials ship late, and installs run long—forcing you to chase changes instead of driving the business forward. It demands nonstop communication through texts, emails, confirmations, and reminders, which drains focus and energy. When you’re busy, the entire schedule stalls, creating bottlenecks that ripple across projects. On top of that, it’s mentally exhausting to juggle designers, installers, customers, and suppliers all at once. And while it consumes hours every week, it doesn’t directly produce revenue, making it one of the most time‑intensive yet least profitable responsibilities to keep on your plate.
