There are so many, where do I start. I have had a small franchise business for 32 years now. It is constantly changing, and 'chasing the dollar' is changing with AI. But the biggest thing that I run across is the task of simple follow up with so many potential customers. I would like to see an automated follow up email system (templates of sorts) based on our current emails we have already created for years. Take all of that history and see how AI can potentially be the first to respond by email. Now I may just oblivious to the fact that this is out there already, but I haven't seen it myself. So if anyone wants to enlighten me, feel free. The Gemini help and clean up of the response emails does work wonders and saved me from responding horribly is most cases. Following the responses to these emails, then having the additional data and information added into the request automatically. In this way we can respond with the proper options and costs.
