I would hand off the estimating/quoting process in a heartbeat. Making sure you think through every step of the job, every piece of material and supplies that's needed for completion, and marking up a reasonable percentage that doesn't scare the customer away, but still being profitable enough to be sustainable. It seems to be the part of every job that stressed me out the most.
