If I could hand off one task in my business today, it would be lead follow-up.
New leads come in from different places, and the biggest challenge is making sure each one gets contacted quickly, followed up with consistently, and never gets lost when the day gets busy.
Ideally, Jobber would automatically organize each new lead, trigger the first follow-up, track every contact attempt, and keep the lead moving until they are ready to schedule or no longer interested. The goal is to give the team a clear next action without relying on someone to remember who needs a call, text, or follow-up.
The ideal workflow would be:
New Lead → Jobber → Immediate Follow-Up → Follow-Up Tracking → Qualification → Appointment Ready → Team Handoff
This would save time, create consistency, and help prevent good opportunities from slipping through the cracks. It would also let the team spend more time talking with qualified customers instead of manually managing follow-up.
