If we could hand off one task today, it would be preparing our estimates from start to finish.
Tim is in the field evaluating the work, figuring out materials, labor, and what the project will actually take. Then that information has to get to me so I can turn it into a professional estimate in our system—calculate material markups, account for labor and other costs, write out the scope of work, and make sure we're pricing the job appropriately to actually make a profit.
It’s a really important part of our business, but it can also create a bottleneck between Tim finishing an estimate onsite and me getting it finalized and sent to the customer.
If we could streamline or hand off that middle piece—turning Tim’s field notes into a complete, profitable, customer-ready estimate—it would save us a huge amount of time and help us respond to potential customers much faster.
