One of our business goals for the year is to do a better job of closing the loop with our clients following completion of a job or project. Rather than just closing the job, invoicing, then requesting a review, we are taking the time to personally follow up with the client to confirm they were 100% satisfied. Building on our relationships with current clients vs spending all our energy chasing new leads is gaining us more business at a lower cost for marketing.
