Full service lawn & landscaping company here. We are looking to narrow down our offered services going into the 2026 business year with prioritizing the well known & requested services. We would like to improve on keeping up with our employees times on properties and getting them comfortable to move around to do all the services we offer. We would also like to get into marketing/advertising for our business but on a local home known level.

I have worked through our service list as well this winter. What services do our customers find useful and what is not. After I blast through a season I know I have done stuff but how much of each. Was neat to see the numbers on paper. Some were actually a surprise as they were notable portion of revenue. Some not a surprise which may lead to selling of certain equipment and re focusing advertising and offerings.
