Lawn and landscape company (also run a holiday lighting company) 2026 Goals: No particular order
- tighten up my routes. (specific marketing, more disciplined in doing 5 arounds, say NO way more, push for referrals with a bonus for same neighborhood)...any other ideas send them my way
- revenue goal hit 250k (lawn care only...lighting the goal is 300k) so basically double. with better routes that is very very possible as wed thur routes which are much tighter than mon tue...if i can replicate that on mon/tue i would be just about there.
- more consistent marketing and sales. don't wait till its time for the seasonal work to push it. goal is to start 6 weeks prior to go time
- for premium add on services. price for profit. (made money...but honestly not sure if the headache was worth the squeeze. better marketing would have helped as some of those services super seasonal, but the routing sucked as i was driving all around leave one are then get a call to go back. one service in particular, if i had them all lined up from the beginning i could have literally did them in half the time. less rental time, less drive time. charge the same but a proper profit margin)
