Shift from handyman calls to full bathroom and kitchen remodels
Tighten up pricing so we stop undercharging for surprises
Build a reliable crew that shows up, works hard, and doesn’t create callbacks
Run marketing that actually produces profitable jobs, not just activity
Turn our current flip project into proof we can create real value
In short: fewer small jobs that eat the day, more structured projects that build the business.
And if that works out, maybe I’ll actually use that travel gift card instead of spending it on materials.
