I began my landscape company mid year of 2024, I generated roughly 30k$ in sales I had one goal in my mind for the 2025 year and that was to reach 500k$ in sales how ever I could. I did not complete this goal but came darn near at 440k$ . My third year goal (2026) is to reach 1M in sales. We had a great start and I’m closing as much jobs as I possibly can. My goals don’t just include the sales but I want to attend in submits , events, take a few courses, network , and strategize better.
