I lead the marketing for Next Day Access in NC. Our installers use jobbers to schedule jobs and collect payments. I would like to use it as a CRM to put contacts in and mark/schedule appointments to generate business and also mark where the business is coming from, do drip campaigns, send out press releases. For sales people to use it to show where they have been in a day and track hours.
