We are a landscape company that was doing $500,000 in 2024. We onboarded with Jobber for 2025. We grew to almost $1,000,000.00 and our goal is to hit 1.5 this year. We now include onboarding and training for eachour our team members, crew leads, foreman, and managers. I am going thru all the training with them as well. We set up a growth plan for each member with standardized tests along with ability testing in order to get pay raises and join the performance pay program. We plan to have all team members thru the baisc training and into performance pay by July. When we get to this stage a profit sharing bonus will be added. Everyone grows, everyone profits, the company expands and we keep the circle going. With Jobber, we will be able to sell jobs quicker, track jobs better, bill more accurately, and profits on those jobs, which will create a sustainable business model and allow me to remove myself from the field and really focus on growth and life.
