I’m focused on growing the commercial side of our asphalt maintenance and line striping division while continuing to build a strong residential base. I want to tighten up our systems, improve estimating accuracy, and become more proactive with property managers instead of waiting for work to come in. This is the year I prioritize consistency with consistent marketing, consistent follow-up, and consistent execution. The goal isn’t just more jobs.
