I was chasing documents and communication all over the place. I started my business as a side gig to my full time job, and about 2 years ago I made the jump to full time. What I learned is that you can get away with bad organization when you're mainly working weekends. Now with Jobber I'm seeing how I can actually scale this business down the road because I am so much more organized! My goal for this year is to continue improve organization and perfect a job flow process. Looking forward to the busy summer months that I dreaded last year.
