The thing I'm working on prioritizing this year is outsourcing what I can. I stepped away from being a technician in my business about two years ago and have since been managing the business pretty much full time. This includes sales, marketing, scheduling, coordinating the team, invoicing, and more. As I approach having a second child in ~10 weeks, my biggest focus has been hiring an administrative assistant, and outsourcing as much admin stuff as I possibly can! It's taken about a month to get her up to speed, but she's already taken a lot off my plate and I feel super grateful for her help and finally taking the leap.
