In December 2025, I started a home services company called AIP Home Pros who mission is to help seniors to age in place safely through the provision of recurring preventive maintenance services as well as one-off handyman services.
In 2026, my primary focus is building stability through systems and recurring revenue. Specifically,
- Grow AIP Home Pros' monthly subscription base to create predictable cash flow
- Refine estimating, quoting, and job costing processes inside Jobber
- Strengthen referral partnerships with churches, HOAs, and senior communities
- Delegate operational tasks more effectively to focus on business development
- Build a small, reliable field team aligned with our mission
This year is about moving from "start-up survival mode" to structured, scalable growth. My goal is to build a service company that runs on systems- not stress - while continuing to serve seniors with excellence and integrity.
