I run a pressure washing business here in sunny south florida. I have built this as a one man operation from the ground up, but my biggest goal this year is to build a solid team and step into a true leadership role instead of doing everything myself. I am currently in the process of upgrading to a full commercial trailer rig to handle larger, residential and commercial jobs, increase efficiency, and evaluate our brand presence. Short term I have said at target to hit 15 K this month and consistently raise our monthly revenue.
