We are a Holiday Lighting company and we are looking forward to reviewing how 2025 Installs and Takedowns went to improve on our systems and communications for 2026 Season. We also install permanent Holiday lights throughout the year and we are looking to improve on campaigns to promote Permanent Light installs before the Holiday Season. 2025 was a pivotal year for us — the first where I was able to spend meaningful time out of the trucks. That shift gave me the space to finally tackle work that had long been on the back burner. I’m excited to build on that momentum by further systemizing our operations, strengthening the team, and creating the conditions for sustainable growth. I intend to break into our first million in 2026.

Hazardous gas calibration company - 2025 was a big year for us as we transferred our system from manual record keeping to jobber and are now running more efficient than ever (in business since 2013). We are scaling faster than we imagined and have taken on yet another employee. The goal for 2026 is to tap into marketing and expand our outreach.

Our 2026 goal is to scale our electrical business by fully leveraging Jobber to run a faster, more efficient, and highly customer-focused operation—streamlining scheduling, accelerating invoicing, improving inventory control, and turning great service into more reviews, referrals, and repeat customers.

This is Perry Mechanical. We really enjoyed the summit and found a lot of useful information. One thing we really liked was a chance to have our website looked at and get tips on how to improve. We got some very useful feedback and can't wait to implement it! A huge goal we have for this year is turning over as many quotes as possible in a day and charging a portion of quotes before the work is started to help us with steady income to purchase the equipment needed for the job to get started. I think this will really help the cash flow and hopefully make sure that we get invoices paid quickly. Thank you jobber for all the help!

Our goal is to grow to a 10-person crew while improving our systems, training, and customer experience so we can continue delivering reliable, high-quality service. We’re also prioritizing creating stable, well-paying jobs and building the foundation needed to reach $2 million in revenue.
