Q: If a customer has a request through the Jobber website, where does that request show up on our end?

A: Your request form can be shared anywhere online. All incoming requests—whether they were completed from your Jobber website or elsewhere—come into Jobber the same way. You'll be notified in Jobber when you have a new request. A new client will be created, and the completed request form will be found in "Requests".
