How Do Small Cleaning Businesses Get Long-Term Clients When Starting Out in a Competitive Area?

Hi Grace,

Are you doing residential or commercial cleaning or both?  Do you have a digital presence?  Cold calling might work better or setting up an appointment with property managers and real estate agencies to offer your services.
