Fix it or Flag it? How do contractors handle mistakes made by subcontractors on the job?

If a subcontractor messes up, do you flag it and hope they fix it? Or do you just fix it yourself?&nbsp;
We've done both in the past and continue to cycle through the options lol. Just wondering what other people do.

We always flag it. Gives all parties time to remedy or renegotiate their contract.
