I agree wholeheartedly. We are small, very hands on, family owned and operated construction company. A grant for us would be a huge propeller forward. That's the kind of leg up small companies really need in this economy

  Nope, Im in the same boat. They mentioned notifying everyone if they move forward or not.. but seems pretty delayed.
