My business was started on evenings, weekends and on as many extended bathroom breaks during my work day as possible while I was still doing my day job.
My brother and I bootstrapped it but neither of us had kids and I was fresh into a divorce, so there was definitely less on the line. We had absolutely nothing saved up for it and just went out and sold hard and worked crazy hours.
If I had to do it again I would definitely try to start with savings. But I think I would still take the big risks and backed like I already had it. Fake it till you make it. Whatever higher power you believe in, even if it's just the universe at large, will have your back.
Network online as much as you can. Keep growing the social media, keep creating genuine connections with people. People this can help propel you and help you learn in quantum leaps.
Most of all, believe in yourself and know that you're doing it for a reason. There's thousands of people out there who are not as good at you as what you're doing, but are still finding a way to be a successful. So it'll be gangbusters when you go for it.
