I'm Husamatu, founder of Permit Maid, based in Newark, NJ. We're a platform that makes construction permitting faster and less painful, contractors file permit applications through us, and our platform automatically check them for missing documents, valid licenses, and correct fees before they ever reach the town, so you spend less time on rejected applications and back-and-forth with the building department.

We built it because permitting is one of the most frustrating, time-draining parts of construction, and it shouldn't be. Right now we're working with New Jersey municipalities and contractors to cut down the paperwork and the waiting.
