Hey all! Calvary Electric here. Question...do you guys charge a commercial customer when you show up for a service call but there is no one there who can let you in?

      I usually charge a two hr minimum. Trying to figure out if its fair to charge the full two hr min or not.

        We are $250 first hour + $125 / hour after that + roughly 55% margin on all materials for service calls. Service calls should be about 60-80% gross margin.
