I use Hubspot for CRM and QBO for invoicing. The deal pipeline and ticket pipeline ability that comes with the standard packages in Hubspot have been handy for our HVAC client. It keeps prospects organized, and it organically plugs into Quickbooks so you can attach invoices and estimates easily.
