2026 Goals

We're a small Technology Support company. Our Big goals for 2026 are:
1: Streamline appointment setting and reduce phone calls by implementing the virtual receptionist.
2: Increase sales by communicating with our clients via email more frequently.
3: Re-activate clients that haven't used our service for more than 2 years by offering a free service to get them to re-engage with us.

    These are solid goals. Have you tested these strategies before, or looking to freshly implement them this year?

      Thank you.  We have tried numbers 2 and in the past, but not consistently. 
      I think the integrated marketing suite can help because it will be easy to find the appropriate contacts and email them. 

  • Amazing! It's always a good idea to call old clients. I have touched base with people as little as 3 months after a service and reminded them about refill bait stations, checking interior devices and so on. I have had many people mention they "meant to call but we are so busy, thank you for the follow up". That usually turns into another call to their home or business and generates profit for the company.
