Supply purchasing. I want the crew to be able to look at the shelf and see we are low on gloves or DEF or bolts or whatever and then they just scan a QR code, a box pops up and asks how many are left and then the item just goes into our Amazon cart…or at least it sends an email or text to my office telling them to make the purchase.
I feel like this already has to be a thing, but I can’t find it.

I have your solution! I created a google form for each inventory item we have and linked each one to a NFC tag and the same google sheet. So now I have a master inventory list that stays up to date as long as the guys tap their phones to the tags every time they take something. Then recently I found a way to get chat gpt to script a code in google sheets so that it sends me an email when specific items get low. That's when I know it's time to start an order. Not sure about automating emails to trigger amazon orders yet, but I'm sure that is out there too.
