If I were to automate one thing in my business, it would definitely be client follow-ups and scheduling

    I believe you can already basically do that. You can create your own follow ups.

      True, but there are only so many follow ups that can be set. It would be nice to create more and have more flexibility within those follow ups, like more conditions.
