    We got a 90 impacted by how many competitors we have in the area, my main issue is that we don't just pressure wash. I wish there was a separate category for what we do.

      why u don’t inaugurate THE NEW CATEGORY !! By yourself like innovating with this new technology … please don’t be afraid of competition, be encouraged to be better for your customers sake!! 

      CAN SOMEONE imagine??? With no competition we just gonna be able to drive one car brand or wear the same clothes…

    Our score is 90. One improvement we will make this month is to encourage more of our clients to share their experiences in an online review.

    Our Score is 89.  To increase our score we will place an emphasis on our review volume by automating the process through jobber and also asking throughout the job and at completion.

    Our score is 95. Based on the recommendations, I would like to expand our Local Referral Partnerships. I think that working with other home service businesses that are trusted is a great opportunity!

    Our score is 83. Based on the recommendations, I will ask all clients to leave a review after each job this month.

      That was my recommendation as well. Sometimes people don't want to leave a review and that's ok.
