From Prison to Purpose: Building a Business That Creates Second Chances

Hello everyone! My name is Tavon J. Partlow Sr., MBA, founder of Reentry & Beyond Foundation Inc.

Twelve years ago, I was released from prison after serving a 12-year sentence. Today, I’m building an organization focused on helping individuals returning from incarceration rebuild their lives through mentorship, support groups, employment resources, and community partnerships.

Entrepreneurship hasn’t been easy. There have been setbacks, financial challenges, and plenty of moments where I questioned whether I was moving fast enough. But every challenge has strengthened my commitment to this mission.
