I'm kind of preaching to myself here but if you aren't tracking your result regularly, you'll never be consistent. This means blocking time on your calendar to put your phone away and look at your business. You need to do it when you're energy level is the highest. For me, it's first thing in the morning on Monday, before anyone comes in. I get to work at 6am and I know no one will be here for 1.5 hours, it's quiet and I can concentrate.
The other thing you can try is take a time audit of yourself. Have a pen and paper and set an alarm on your phone for every 15 minutes and write down what you just did the last 15 minute block. You'll realize real quick where your time went, and what potential time you have to dedicate to this.
At a certain point, you need to find a mentor or coaching program that suits your business. They will give you the right direction as to what to work on next.
