Many consulting organizations help fill knowledge gaps and offer networking like what Jobber is doing (for free right now). Those groups often cost $5-$15k+ annually plus extras. The networking is the best part as you find businesses in those groups that are ahead of you and have answers to your current headache. Also, there is always a business doing something better than you, and the networking helps you discover how you can continue to learn and grow your business.
If you are stuck at a platou and can't get over the help with the connections you have or even through this vast group of business owners, then I would suggest coaching one-on-one or group. Most group coaching is structured around steering you to specifically identify the 1-2 things you need to fix this year and help you iron out a plan to execute with accountability. No golden goose, you still have to do the work.
I know people in "certain path", Breakthrough Academy and Ramsey Solutions and I have participated in two of those three. There is a lot of value there if you take it seriously.
