Hit my capacity ceiling as a solo operator — when did you know it was time to hire?

I've learned the hard way all customers are not good customers. The way I weed out bad customers if you are on my list for service and I arrive to your location and work is done your off the list to never be on it again. I don't negotiate price of service because I know I'm lower or at the going rate for lawn service.
