I am currently in the same boat, after about 1 whole year I started to become burnt out and had days where I would get up and could not do anything. I am currently in the building phase where I am making SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), I am building an app on Base44 and creating routines and rituals. It is tough. I know that setting up this ground work will help with creating the foundation for my first hire. I like what Dave Ramsey say's about hiring, he says you want to hire someone that has a "Self Employed" mindset. They are the people you want to hire because they are not just their for a job, when they commit it means something, they will continue to improve their performance.
My goal is to hire someone like that. I can't pay much but I hope to attract them by offering a commission or a "slice of the pie" from each project.
If anyone has tips for this stage of business, I am all ears!
