Hello! My name is Sonia Tolson. Greg and I are co-owners of Tolson Irrigation Specialists LLC. We have been in business her in Tucson for over 47 years. Our favorite thing about owning our own business is the independence to make our own decisions about what is best for the company and our employees. The flexibility is nice too, but as we all know - when you own your own business and have employees depending on you for stable jobs and income, sometimes we work more hours than we would like. That said, you want a bigger paycheck, you just work a little smarter. =)
