If I had to restart my business today, the first 90 days would be focused on building a strong foundation. I would spend more time understanding my ideal customers, creating a clear plan, and building relationships instead of trying to do everything at once.I would focus heavily on marketing, getting feedback from customers, and creating systems early so the business can grow without everything depending on me. One thing I’ve learned is that a good product or service is only part of the equation — people have to know you exist, trust you, and remember you.The first 90 days would be about learning, testing, improving, and building momentum.
